Default Baracuda

I was in Aruba several years ago and a native told me about a restaurant where I could get baracuda. The owner would fish for it himself everyday, but it wasn't on the menu and you had to have a "connection" to get him to cook it for you. Apparently it isn't always safe to eat and you have to know who caught it and where and how it is prepared if you're going to try it. Anyway, I tried it and I thought it was great. Has anybody else ever eaten baracuda?

It reminded me of a mahi mahi type of fish, maybe a little firmer. It was really good. The chef prepared it with a mango salsa that was to die for Good stuff!
