| Calling all girls! Okay ladies. I'd like to know if you really enjoy fishing or if you do it just because your special other does it and it's a way to spend time with him? Confess it here and we won't tell. lol | ||||||||

| Lol, now this is a funny thread. I enjoy sitting on a dock or a jetty, or even a lake's edge, and fishing from there. Basically, I enjoy solid ground. I join my guy on the boat for tourneys when he's bringing along his little cousins and needs someone to keep them entertained and fed, but if he isn't bringing them, I generally don't go with him. I hate sitting in the sun on a boat unless we are speeding toward some remote beach for a day of fun. | ||||||||

Senior Member | I'm not to sure about fishing, but my fiancee actually pleaded with me so we could get some kayaks. She jokes that she never got them until I came around because she needed someone to lift them onto the car. |

| When I've gone fishing, it was a little mixture of both, actually. I enjoyed being outdoors as long as it wasn't too hot, but I also went as a companion. For the most part it's the solitude and nature I enjoy, not so much the actual sport of fishing. | ||||||||

| When I was a little girl I loved to fish. The joy I felt reeling in my own fish was awesome! Now it`s kind of boring to me. My husband loves to fish and so does my son. But they want to catch BIG fish. I go sometimes just to be with my hubby and son and sit by the water. | ||||||||

| Fishing is ok My daughter likes to fish. She fished a lot with her dad. I fished when I was a kid too with my dad. We only fish now when we go camping. It's just something all the kids like to do. I don't enjoy it, but I love to eat them! | ||||||||
