Lobster Hunting

Down here in the Caribbean our lobsters don't have claws like Maine lobster, they have long stubs, for lack of a better word.

We generally like to go hunting for lobsters under shelves or in small caves. They like to hide behind urchins a lot, but we manage to get them out

Has anyone else ever gone lobster hunting?

My boyfriend has gone lobster hunting; he uses a snare made out of a thin pipe and some wire looped over to make a noose. He's always so proud of himself when he snags one - they're hard to get!
