| Banana Boat! Banana (with peel) peanut butter chocolate chips graham crackers foil With a knife, cut a slit through the peel and into the banana. Cut down the full length of the banana but do not cut all the way through. Crumble graham crackers and shove the crumbs into the slit. Add chocolate chips and peanut butter. (do this before you leave the house). Wrap the banana in foil. Place the foil wrapped banana directly onto hot embers and let set for about 7-10 minutes. The peel will prevent the banana from burning. Use sticks or tongs to remove from fire. Open foil with a knife and eat the banana out of the peel. It's rock-awesome. |

| It sounds delicious! I think that this is a good dessert for a mid-afternoon snack. I have a question though, does the banana have to be ripe? |
