Default Cream Cheese dessert recipes?

We love cream cheese and just wondered if anyone here has some good recipes for the 'treats' you can fix and maybe freeze to take along with you camping? If so I would love to have a few.

I don't really have any recipes but I imagine you could get some of those small pie pans like for a single serving and just make up a bunch of those to freeze then take some with you. You would probably need to eat them the first night unless you had a way to keep them frozen for another day or so.

Oh, we've done that before Gabbie. They come in all sizes really but the small ones are great for freezing especially since they are for mostly single servings. You can also take some with you on outings and such. They will usually be thawed by the time you get ready to eat them.

I did this one from cooks.com where I visit for random recipes and everyone loves it but my better half who we found out was somewhat allergic to pecans. Nothing major but no more making that unless its for something he is not attending.

Not dessert, but a nice sandwich spread is to take softened cream cheese and add chopped onions and a little Worcestershire sauce and mix it all up.

There was a day when I would hike because I wanted to stay in shape...other than that of a pear. Then my Sister came along and just loved hiking. We started hiking together...then it happened. She started bringing food along, not just a snack like trail mix or a piece of fruit, but whole meals in containers. We would stop and take a break and she would open up that backpack...then just like the Bible stories with Jesus and the loves of bread and fish who fed all those people, she would pull out this endless supply of food. I started to actually gain weight on my hikes. Now I sit back and read all these recipes...you guys are killing me. Now you're talking about Cream Cheese dessert recipes. My idea of hiking food was some trail mix and maybe an apple for dessert, if I wanted to hard core it, it was gum and a cigar. This, by far, has got to be the worst thread for me. Every time I read through it I end up eating something I shouldn't. So much for my work outs...thanks a lot guys.

LOL we do our best to oblige Sarge!

BTW, you can add cream cheese to jello, fruit and marshmallows for a nice fruit salad, or use cream cheese and honey for a fruit dip...

I was sitting in the doctor's office this week and came across a recipe for baked peaches stuffed with cheesecake. Sounds awesome so I am going to try and find it on their website. If I find it I'll post it just for you Sarge!
