Default Rainbow Pudding Pops

We made this last night with our little ones and they love it. Just take a box of vanilla pudding mix and prepare as directed. Separate the pudding into 5 or 6 bowls and add different food coloring to it. Spoon the different colors into a plastic cup a layer at a time, and add a popsicle stick when you are done. Stick them in the freezer for a couple of hours and voila rainbow pudding pops! Cheap, fun, summer food that kids will love, and they can help you make it!

I strongly recommend eating these outside though. The pictures we got were worth the mess, but next time we are going out!

Sounds pretty interesting and good too. I'm a chocolate pudding fan though so I would try it with chocolate! My daughter loves vanilla pudding so she would use that. Thanks for the recipe and perfect timing. It was 94 today!

These sound like fun! I know my little girl will have a ball making them. Do you remember the Jello pudding pops you used to be able to buy? I haven't seen them in years, but they were awesome!!

I wonder if chocolate pudding pops would be as addictive as ice cream? I banned myself from the ice cream aisle and have been enjoying frozen local strawberries instead!

Wow, great idea for kids' snack! The colors will attract them and I am sure the kids will love the rainbow pudding pops. By the way, did each food coloring have to have their own flavor?

I did this yesterday and my little girl loved it! Uday the different colors don't have different flavors. Just put a small amount of pudding and a couple of drops of food coloring in separate bowls and then layer it in your cups for the rainbow look.

These do sound like an easy activity to do with kids and we would have a delicious treat when we were done. We usually just do juice pops but these sound much better.

I am going to have to do this with my little girl tomorrow. She is three and I know she would love it. Then we can eat them outside and she can play in the hose to get cleaned up. A win for everyone!
