Do you process your own meat? My brother in law is a meat cutter so he comes up to the house and processes our deer when we get them. It's great, saves money and we know how it's done. How do you process yours?

My husband and his friend like to grind it into burger/sausage. It freezes really well like that and I find it much easier to cook with. Venison spaghetti is really good!

My husband has processed ours before but not in a while. We also just ground ours for burger and sausage. Although venison steaks are really good too, grinding it just seems to make it go a little further.
