Hunting Dogs

Do you take any dogs hunting with you? I've never tried it, but I've been researching Basenji's a lot lately and they are still used for hunting by tribes in Africa! Cool! What type of dog have you used or would you use?

I've hunted grouse and pheasants over dogs a few times, but most of my hunting with dogs has been rabbit hunting with beagles. What do they hunt with basenji's in Africa?

Most of the stuff I find says that they would help chase game into nets for their masters. They are barkless, so good for sneaking up on whatever is being hunted.

Still trying to find specific game, though.
