Default Learning How To Be Stealthy

How do you practice being stealthy? Does the color of the clothes we are wearing really affects our stealth? Is it worth waiting for a prey than stalking it?

It's not so much the color of the clothes, I hear deer are color blind, it's the movement that startles them. When hunting, stalking through the woods, there are several factors to think about.

Wind direction- you always want the wind at your face. A deer will smell you way before they see you.
Noise- ensure you pick the clearest path, all it takes is one snapped twig to spook a deer.
Movement- if you do see your prey, don't pull up your gun really fast and try and shoot. Stay CALM, make very slow movements, and take your time. If they are busy and they don't smell you or hear you, you'll have enough time.

Just a couple of my ideas.

Stalking a prey is harder but if you really know how, is worth it. Waiting for a prey takes longer and may not produce any results at all especially if the prey can smell your presence.
