Most difficult game to hunt

What do you think is the hardest kind of animal to hunt. Most larger animals are pretty smart and harder to drop, but turkeys seem to have a six sense for danger.

I think that bears, especially grizzlies are very smart and also very dangerous. You need huge experience and really heavy armory to go after them.
