Dynamo Power Supply Utilities (Battery Free) Do you use dynamo powered utilities, like flashlight, radio or any other thing. I have a dynamo flashlight where you have to twist one handle for about one minute and the LED light will work for about 45 minutes. Not bad for a non-battery energy supply

I have a very small radio that powers itself like this. I just have to twist the handle on it for about 30 seconds and voila - I have a radio for the following hour! These things are very practical, because they don't have the batteries to run out.

A friend of mine carries the flashlights that you can shake to get power and the radio's you can crank to work. They are tempting, especially hear in Florida with hurricanes.
