Never tried the Mickey boots. Would have presumed that a rubber boot would retain too much moisture.

In extremely cold weather/snow, I frequently used white military surplus mukluks. Leather bottom, canvas top and felt insert. Worked just fine. Not particularly good for the feet, though, as there is no real support for the foot.

We love it when we have time to stop into a Ranger Joe store when we're traveling. The kids have found treasures they still take on camping trips with them. I love the utilitarian aspect of some of the gear.
