| If I'm stranded up there during a bad storm with loved ones I am not going to care if the station has nonsecured firearms in it. I am not going to sit in an unheated shack waiting for someone to keel over from hypothermia. If that really is a potentially deadly situation I am going to err on the side of confrontation with the Ranger. I don't want the guns, I want the heat, and it's their unsafe practices to keep nonsecured weapons in the station. That is their problem.
If the weapons were secured, and they still would not let them into the station, then obviously it had nothing to do with the weapons.
