WV,
Canvas tents don't take as long to dry as you might think. Especially if there is a breeze and the sun comes out. If it is cold and grey you can light the stove. It only takes about 3 hours.

True enough, ppine, but it seems that everytime I had to take one down and stow it, it either was raining, had just stopped raining, or had rained and then frozen....
