I think this is where I want to go next and I figure since its in CA it can be a double trip, half hiking to relax and half visiting some family in the area. We might be able to rent out a cabin for part of the time and just take day trips up, anyone close by to give me some "local advice"? Our family in the area is not the outdoors type.
