They are expecting Irene to make landfall down the road a little. I guess me and the dogs are going to be stuck inside.

I hope everything is going to be OK for everyone. A hurricane isn't anything to mess around with. Batten down the hatches and put the kettle on. You'll be up for a while, I would say.

The last I read its going to hit the coast line of NC skipping most of the lower states. I can not find any good map that shows the direction its heading though. Stay safe and good luck with the pups!
