| That is not even a brand I am familiar with, interesting. What exactly do you need from the flashlight, maybe some of the regulars here could recommend another brand if you are open to it, that is.

| Surefire is the only thing I would use while working overseas but batteries are kinda expensive.
Streamlight is a great light also.

| Both are over kill for Hiking. I have a simple Princeton Tec Eos head lamp. It is regulated which means as the batteries start to loose some jouice the light level stay about the same. It has 70 lumens which I find to be plenty. I have used it for about 5 tears and yes I night hike with it with no problem at all. Battery life is good and the light is plenty bright. It is lacking some features that I would like to have such as a red light for in camp so not to blind people and a switch that would go to wider light and not so much as a spot. However it still gets 5 stars from me. http://Princeton Tec EOS

| I highly recommend the ll bean Trailblazer II Headlamp. American Made by Princeton Tec for half the price of the Princeton Tec name. Same headlamp and features just has ll bean on the headband.

And I also hope it could be used as a defensive tool or glass breaker.
