| Took my cub scouts out to Bobcat Cave, a lava tube, in the Snake River Plain. Why was it called bobcat cave? Dunno unless someone saw a bobcat in there once.
This cave had been stumbled on to 3 or 4 times without anyone remembering how to get back to it. It was loaded with native artifacts dating all the way back to the Clovis era. Finally, someone was able to find their way back, gave the Anthropology dept at Idaho State U the coordinates and all those artifacts are now in the ISU museum of Nat History.
Anyway, in we go, 2 leaders and 8 cubbies and right off the bat, Benjamin makes a flying leap at something trying to catch it. Luckily he missed and momma bobcat made it through the rock tangle to her babies. In addition to the petroglyphs and pictographs on the walls, the boys also got to see a real live den of bobcats, complete with 3 little faces hissing and momma growling and hissing. And Benjamin went home unshredded but undaunted feeling next time he would catch that ole bobcat.
In answer to your question, other than Benjamin, the rest of us left those bobcats alone, minimizing our impact on them.
If PRO is the opposite of CON, what is the opposite of Progress?
Your beliefs do not make you a better person, your behavior does.
