Amsterdam Houseboats.

We've been to Amsterdam in the Netherlands many times and always admired the houseboats that are moored along every canal. This year we intend to hire a houseboat to live in while we are there and I can't wait!

I haven't been to Amsterdam although we have visited Europe as my parents live in Britain. I've seen pictures of these homes along the canals and they look so cute. I didn't know you could stay in them. I'll get my father to check it out as it would make a great vacation.

Sounds really exciting. I used to travel by ship and because they are big and they move fast you don't get the feeling of riding in a wave unless there's a storm. Anyway, I have never slept on a house boat but I can bet it's going to be fantastic.
