| In Florida, while PWD registrations have increased by fifty percent since 1995, accidents have decreased by 67 percent in that same time period. Florida has a great safety record, with some of the tightest safety regulations in effect in the country, as recommended by the Personal Watercraft industry. In Florida, the following regulations exist for anyone operating or riding on a personal watercraft:

| Jason, I could be wrong but we have a place here called Johns Pass. They rent out boats and jet skis. I think you also need a credit card don`t you? We rented a boat quite a few years ago and we needed a credit card. |

| Some will most likely require a credit card. I've heard of some companies wanting a drivers license too that they hold onto until you return the craft. I think it may depend on the company renting the equipment. |
