Default Missing It

Growing up we went out on my dad's boat pretty much every weekend. I went to the beach today and realized how very much I miss it. I think I am going to start saving to get a boat. Do you go boating as much as you used to?

My parents did not have a boat growing up. I did however go out on a friends boat growing up. He had a long john boat and a cabin cruiser style boat. I learned and forgot a lot about fishing back then.

Do I miss it? Yeah, there were fun times. I could get to places that I would not paddle to with my kayak. Do I want a boat? Not really. I just see dollar signs when I see a boat. Maybe one day far in the future if I won the lotto. But for me a boat is just a bit too much. I will stick with my kayak, for now.
