time to head to town Weee - the Vancouver International Boat show is in town this weekend. It's tradition that we go, although motherhood had me bow out a few years running (little legs and short attention spans = no fun for Mom). I'm betting that the Hubster comes home with some ideas for the new boat he's building, too: this will be his fourth!

Does he really build boats from scratch? Very cool! How long does a project like that take him? What kind of boats does he build?

Yes, Benny, from scratch, no blue prints or moulds.... He's built power, sail, and row; this one is to be 18 feet and likely with a VW Rabbit diesel for a power plant.
