I just went to visit a fairly large aquarium and I never knew they allowed people to scuba with the fish. I mean I thought all the times I went before it was for their staffers, not visitors. How hard is it to get a card to scuba?

I don't know. I remember when I saw a guy scuba diving in the sharks tank. I thought that guy was crazy to have a job like that! Still, I am sure they have it all planned out so it is safe, still I would not scuba dive in a shark tank!
I looked up the places website and they need to be licensed but so far from what I can find out the requirements slightly different from state to state. Unless I am looking at outdated info, not too sure on that but it does look interesting.
