Default Ladywalk

I just got home from an amazing trail walk with the girls. We walked for three hours along three different trails. We only saw two rattlesnakes, a squirrel, and a bunny on our adventure. We found two caves to creep into, it was amazing.

Hi...

It sounds like you had a wonderful, informative and exciting hike. May you have many more.

I enjoy walks with the "girls," but I found that there are only a couple of us in my group that actually enjoy the wildlife and nature. Most of the others are too busy talking to even see what is around them. Sad.

I agree. Luckily, we were all able to walk, talk, and soak in the surroundings at the same time. A few of the ladies and I have similar personalities and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Sounds like you had a good time. I love going on hikes and interacting with nature. I believe it feels good because it is what we are supposed to do, we evolved in the wild, and our brain responds kindly to being in nature.

Sounds like more of a Hike then a walk. I like doing things like that too and have a good friend that is really into nature and knows a lot about the plants and animals around us. I always learn something new when I go 'walking' with her.
