Lost?

The only time I get lost is in town. In the woods, I pretty much stick to the marked trails. I enjoy a nice leisurely walk while we're out in the sticks.

I totally got lost trying to hike down to a beach once in the Caribbean. Recent rains had washed away the trail and I got sidetracked into a gut that eventually led me to dangerous cliffs. I was all alone, unfortunately, with no phone service. I had to just keep finding safe ways downhill until I finally hit some water!

It might sound as dumb as anything but my eternal navigation system (or whatever its called) is what I call, dyslexic. I can be anywhere, out camping, downtown, anywhere, and when my gut tells me to go one way - I go the other. This has always happened since I was a child and my family swears it has something to do with being born breech.

LOL at looey! That's funny! As far as being lost, I've never been lost. I've sometimes been places where I didn't exactly know where I was but lost, NOPE!
