Do you like swimming in lakes? I have to admit I'm not a big fan of swimming in a lake or a pond. I'm either a pool fan or the Ocean. I like to be able to see the bottom and I like clearer water. I don't like seaweed either. Your thoughts?

You know growing up we used to swim in the lake all the time and didn't think twice about it. Now that I am older and I am more aware of what is in the water that I can't see I would rather stick to clearer water as well.

I'm the same way, I did when I was a kid but I don't anymore. I don't like seaweed either, I'm not sure if it's a snake or seaweed when it gets wrapped around my leg.

I used to hate "icky" water as a kid and teen, but now I could care less. It's nice to get dirty and then enjoy a good showering off afterward. I'm convinced that lake water is good for my skin, too.
