Swimming Lessons

Did you take swimming lessons as a kid? Where did you take them and for how long?

My kids are currently going through their lessons. I think it is important to teach them to respect the water.

My school had a pool and offered swimming lessons during the summer, so that's where I learned how to swim. I was probably in kindergarten or around that age; it was lots of fun!
