Default Must Have

What is your one must have item to take camping with you? I'm not talking about necessities, I'm talking luxuries. What do you need to keep you sane in the great outdoors?

My dog to show me the way to go home. Oops, he is necessity. For luxury, gotta have that insulated pad under my tired old body at night.

I've found the nook/hammock combo to be pretty sweet in the evenings.

Sanity IS being outdoors (except when everything is green with pollen) and nothing but a few necessities are required for a wonderful experience. I'm thinking a nice rod and reel might get added to the backpack this year.

I can camp without it but I want some good cigars and a single malt scotch. I call it my "combo pack".

A few good cigars, and maybe my waterpipe I really like sitting around the campfire with my friends, smoking some tasty tobacco... Ah, now I'm just waiting for summer even more

When I'm backpacking it would have to be my three legged stool or my mesh hammock. I never go without either of them but I could do with out them if I had to. When I car camp it is definately my Cabelas recliner.
