Default reflexology

I am sure we have all rubbed our temples when we get a headache, but has anyone here had luck with it on a camping trip? I was reading earlier than a spot between the pointer (index) & thumb can help to relieve a sore throat. Is there any truth to this?

I have friends who swear by Reflexology. I have not really tried it myself.

Sore throat? Hmmmm.....I've heard of that pressure point, but I was told it was to help deal with headaches. Same thing with the pressure point behind the jaw bone.

An officemate of mine is Chinese. He taught me a few pressure points. The one in between the index finger and thumb is to deal with headaches. Tried it a few times while at work, and it's been quite helpful.

Never heard about one fore a sore throat before. Ask almost any 9 month pregnant women about the pressure points in the feet and ankles that is suppose to bring on labor. I have heard about the hand point for a headache. But that's about it.
