I can't think of any romantic places to camp. Romance is what you make of it, you could make it pretty neat if you tried. I don't think of camping as romantic.
I think every place could be considered a romantic place to camp. I would think that they would want somewhere that wasn't crowded but other than that I don't think there is much difference.
