Default Tips for newbies

Have you ever booked a campsite not knowing where it was? I would say a great tip for any new camper is to get a map of the campground. Ask what campsites are available (most maps have site #’s listed) and then pick the best site that you see. We did not know this when we first started camping and we were placed in a busy section in the middle of the campground and there was a bathroom right next to us. It was always noisy and just not a good campsite. Now we almost always take the sites up on a hill in the trees and out of the way. Just thought I would share a tip for any newbies!

Newby Tips?
1) Do not pet the porcupines.
2) Do not climb the electric fence.
3) Never, under any circumstances, take a laxative and a sleeping pill at the same time.
Remember these and you just might make it out alive.
