Any tips will be really appreciated. | We bring our Thermarest pads for insulation if it is supposed to be cool in the evening. We bring them for warmth, not comfort. They add little in the way of comfort as the hammock itself is very comfortable. Our Warbonnets have a double layer bottom and if we need the pad we slip it between the layers. That way it stays in place.
The key to a comfortable hammock to me is one where you can sleep diagonally across it which means you lay flat and not in the U shape. Some hammocks have enough material to allow this, others don't .
