I always wear a hat and sunglasses when I go out and the sun is shining brightly overhead. Otherwise, my migraine would be in full blast.

I shave my head, so hats are a must. In the winter my scalp is freezing without protection and during the summer it gets cooked.

I've found that the Buff (buffwear.com) is great. It keeps me warm in the winter, but when the weather is hot, I soak it in water and it keeps my head cool while protecting it from sunburn.

But there are times I go head naked. Usually it's when I'm in the woods and sunburn isn't an issue.
