DT,
I started my interest in poetry with R Service and it took off from there. His stuff is hard to beat around a campfire, especially in the snow in winter.

Snuggles, your camera idea is something we do in our family. We have a list of homes in the area and places of business where our ancestors have lived or worked. We take and grandchildren and let them take photos of these places for the family scrapbook. Over time we've built some great stories around these pictures.

We're planning a winter camping trip for the first of the new year, but here in GA, we rarely see snow, so aside from the short days and long nights, I think our activities will pretty much be the same as summer camping - just without the mosquitos. We're planning on long hikes during the day and then storytelling and s'mores by the campfire at night.
