Work and camping.

You misunderstand I was asking other peoples opinion on this, I was not giving anybody a hard time, it was my right to consider it a wasted effort as was the persons doing the work to do whatever he wants to do.
As far as working when outdoors, I myself couldn't concentrate with so much to explore and do .

At least the people with the laptops are out in the wilderness with their laptops, and not inside at a desk. Some jobs are truly difficult to leave behind, even for a day or two. If you are lucky enough to have a portable job, you can counter the hassle of the office with the beauty of the great outdoors.

I used to to school work when I went camping if there was no other way it was going to get done. Sometimes it just can't be avoided.

I would rather be able to go camping and have to do work than to skip camping altogether. I work for myself too and I have to keep in touch even when I'm off. It's a pain but then I like to eat so I gotta check in.
