Bike trips with kids Do you go on bike trips with your kids? I think it's great exercise and much healthier. My daughter will say mom lets go to so and so's house. I say sure let's ride our bikes. Faster than walking, and better than taking the car.

I would love to do something like this with my kids, unfortunately there isn't room to ride where I live. I live out in the "boonies" and I would be scared we would get hit by a car. There aren't bike lanes here.

We ride our bikes all over too. We live in the country so I take the bikes to town on the bike rack. We usually park at the grocery store and then ride all over town. I have a lot of friends in town so we ride to each of their houses.

I used to ride with the kids during younger years. It was exhilarating; full of fun and the exercise kept us healthy. Good bonding times too.

We ride together too. They think it's fun! I think it's exercise. My kids love to be outdoors so I lucked out. Then again I've had them outdoors since they were babies. I used to put them in the baby seat on the bike when they were too young to ride on their own.

I take our daughter on bike trails and around the neighborhood. She loves to go in her little carriage.

I used to pull my daughter around in one of those neat screened in carriages behind the bike. It was a pain to pull by hand by easy to pull by bike. She loved it! I really think it's why she loves to be outside and ride now.

I would love to have a place to travel by bike. Our roads are too dangerous to travel on. No one looks for bikers and we don't have bike trails to ride on. It would really be great to have a place to ride though.
