Default Sleds and Snow Boards

We have not had enough snow for the grand kids to use their sleds or snow boards this year. We might have to go to the slopes if we want them to get any use out of them at all. Would sleds and snow boards fall under riding?

I usually go to Mt rogers mid Jan pulling a Pulk sled but this winter could be a no snow event. Maybe head to the ADKs in FEB..

I live in Georgia, and in the southern region of the state at that, so we never have enough snow for sledding. I envy you! I wish we lived in a "snowier" state, lol.

What a bummer! Watching your sleds just sit there and not be ridden is pretty tragic as a kid. I hope you are able to make it out to the slopes!

We had little or no snow here in the valley but the ski mountains were all opened well into April. Several of the smaller ski mountains here offered the students very large discounts so grandson went boarding several times this winter. A winter favorite at our house is pulling the kids on their sleds behind snowmachines. Not much of that this year though.

Same here in Texas.
2 inches of snow here and the world comes to a screaching stop for several days.
Kids have no school and track mud everywhere.....

I am guessing that I am just old fashion here but I still love sledding like the good ole days. We have a few hills in our area that are just perfect for them but this past winter we had nothing worth taking it out of storage.
