I've seen a few businesses pop up lately that are devoted to letting you customize virtually every aspect of a bike. Is this service something you take advantage of, or are you happy with the same top quality bike that everyone has?

I think quality and customization are two completely unrelated items. And no, I can customize my own bike.

If I have my own bike with parts that need adjustments or repair, I would have it customized to a bike repair shop because I don't know how to fix it. If I was trained to do it, it would help me save some bucks.
