| Well, I was in a bike race where I covered 102 miles in a little over six hours. It wasn't on a track in a stadium. It was on a six foot wide paved path that wound around on the lakeshore in Chicago.
Generally I don't cover that much ground that fast. I'll do about fifty miles a day because I like to look at the scenery and there are usually points of interest on the way. I have a buddy who went from Chicago to L.A and back one Summer. I've never gone that far but I'll ride to another State.
