| Child size We are looking for a smaller ATV/motorbike for our nephew but not sure exactly where to start. Is there a certain age or skill level that we could use to make sure he is really ready for one? |

| The law states that ATV sales and use are restricted to the following. If you are buying from a reputable dealer here is the guidelines that they will sell under and refuse the sale if you inform them that the purchase is for a child. In fact the dealership can loose it franchise to sell a brand of these rules are not followed. 12 and under 70cc 12-16 years of age 90cc |
