Do you ever Do you ever ride bareback at all? I truly enjoy riding horses and I've noticed recently that there are very few around my general location who ever ride without a saddle anymore.

I ride bareback to and from the field where my horses are kept (to the main yard). I don't ride out bareback because it involves riding on the road and I try to be as safe as possible. I sometimes ride bareback in the in field, it is good for my posture.

I do ride bareback sometimes, but not on the roads. Sometimes I use a numnah (saddle pad) because horse hair is prickly if it gets into your jodhpurs. I have always enjoyed riding bareback since I was a child, you feel more connection with the horse.

It is nice to see others are still enjoying the more natural ways of life as I like to think of it. Without the gadgets, accessories and the likes.
