Default How long does it take?

I went ridding with a friend the other day. I do not do this very often and found myself very sore. He asked me again for this weekend but I don't know if I want to. How long does it take before you aren't sore?

It varies but after four or five times you should toughen your butt up. It might help if you get yourself a gaited horse. They're an easier ride.

Yeah you do have to put up with that a few times if you haven't ever been or it's been a long time. Usually after you get back on again it doesn't bother you as much. Just keep at it and you'll be a pro and not sore at all!

I don't remember. I've always ridden so I really don't remember how long it takes to get used to it. When you get in the saddle and warm out though, you should be fine. You just have to get those muscles used to riding again.
