I Love To Trail Ride There are a lot of horse trails around where I live. A bunch of my friends and I go trail riding a lot. We take enough food for a picnic and stop and eat and have a blast! Has anyone else done this?

Hi! There is a great trail ride in Estes Park, Colorado. Of course, you rent the horses, but OMG at the end of the ride in, you get the most fantastic steak dinner I have ever had in my life. All of it is cooked out on the grill. We went in September, when it was just getting cool, and after a two hour ride, that meal was fantastic! The people were from all over the world, we made great friends, great company, great fun!

That sounds nice to me. When I was younger and living with my dad we used to do stuff like that and I really miss it. I don't have a horse now though and I don't know where to find a place that rents them.

I've gone once or twice before on trail rides like that, but I'm more of a hiker. I like to take my grandkids at least once a year on some sort of ride.
