Default Proper lessons

I am wondering if its my area prices since there are not many willing teachers or what but I was just quoted 70/hour for riding lessons. This is within using any of their equipment too. I am guessing expensive but not this much.

From what I remember years ago that seems to be about double the normal price. Then again my memory could be failing and it would not be the first time. Have you tried to get a few quotes to see which is best?

Sorry, but I learned the hard way, riding and getting thrown. I never saw the logic in learning to ride, when you could get a very tame horse and let the kids lose like my parents did. I never broke anything and I never had much trouble learning.

From experience of family taking lessons. Get your own head gear...they got lice from the furnished helmets.

So far I have not found any with openings and most will not quote a price when they have no free space. That seems a little weird to me. Maybe if I knew someone with a good tame horse I could go that route, for now the hunt is still on.
