Boating, Camping and Fishing

We went with some friends the other day camping. We went by boat (Pontoon) as that was the only way you could get to the island. We had all of our camping and fishing gear with us and had a really good time. We even managed to catch some fish and cook them on the camp fire.

Oh I agree LeadOperator, that does sound like a great camping trip. It sounds like you all had a great time and I bet you do it again (I know I would!).

There's nothing like cooking fish over a campfire, is there? When you've caught, cleaned, prepared and finally get your first taste of your catch, what reward is greater? It just all goes by so fast and it's time to head back to the grind of work.

Sounds like a perfect camping trip, especially being able to spend it on an island that was only accessible by boat. Nice and private, great fishing, great company - who could ask for anything more?
