| Get fish back to Shore How do the kayak/canoe fisher people here get their fish back to shore? Do you use the strings that come in the fishing tackle set boxes? A cooler? |

| Most people use coolers with ice. A lot of people that I know only catch and release. |

| If you're keeping the fish to eat I think a cooler with ice is probably the best way to go. One thing I always do is to kill any fish that I'm going to keep as soon as they're caught. If It's going to be very long until I can get them home or back to camp, I gut them and take out the gills too. |
