Default Saltwater or Freshwater?

Which do you like to fish the best? I'd have to go with Saltwater. There is such a large variety to catch and some really nice big ones too. But, then I love freshwater catfish and some other pan fish. So, I guess it could be a toss up.

I'm a looooong way away from saltwater so freshwater is all I have at the moment. I do love bass though. Large mouth, small mouth, it doesn't matter to me. I also like blue gills even though they are a little small most times.

I typically go saltwater. I love those reds and sheepsheads. Snook fight good too.

We love saltwater fishing the most. We also are in Florida and really close to saltwater so it's easy to do. We will do some freshwater fishing sometimes in the river on the way back in. Like those fresh water catfish!

I am not close to saltwater, and I have not been saltwater fishing since I was small. So I have to say, I prefer freshwater fishing. I especially love to catch catfish, because that means I will have a good supper.

I choose both. I think either has a good benefit to fish in. You never know what you are going to pull out of the ocean, so in that respect it's very cool to do it there. I've had better luck catching more edible fish in freshwater though.

I like freshwater than saltwater. There is something in the vastness in the sea that makes me uncomfortable. I like to fish big ones as long as I stay at the shore.
