I always considered myself a story teller and if my writing makes people feel like I'm right there, relaying my experiences, then I consider the mission accomplished. I'm really glad you liked it. I had fun on the trip. It was truly a life-changing experience. I learned more about myself on that trip than I had during the previous 29 years of living. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

Hey, I posted this in a forum, but didn't know if you'd see it here. If you have them, you should share your backpacking plans. Like where you're going, what you plan to check out? Like, I'm always interested to hear stories from the Appalachian Trail. I'm from NC, and now living in California, so I'd love to hear stories about backpacking in the southeast! I think a lot of people on here would like to read about it.
