As the weather warms, what are you looking forward to fishing for. Trout season opens here in a week but wading for walleye is my favorite spring fishing. The ice is slow melting and thus the water is slow to warm up but hoping the bite starts soon. This is only legal in some lakes.

I have fished after dark many times and with various types of lights. If on the bank after catfish, I would use a lantern. When I'm wading and pitching lures, I use a headlamp so the light can be focused back toward the bank when turned on. I have fished with no artificial light on moonlight night.

I just returned from spending some time in Fl. and rode my bike on several paved bike trails. Some were near cities. They were nice trails and I enjoyed my rides. Most of these would not be used to travel for work though.

Wow 180 round trip is impressive. During most of the nice weather, about 6 months here, I ride 10 - 15 miles 2 - 3 times a week. I have done 40 miles a cpl. times and want to do more.
