Actually, it is on the Bannock side of the Oneida Co line. We call it Power House because this was the first source of electricity in our area. This is the dam, California Pacific built, with an old oak 24" water pipe carrying water down the canyon to run turbines for North Oneida electricity, circa 1920. Everyone else calls this Summit canyon. When we were kids (1950's) CPU still had it and the power house was still generating. When CPU sold to Utah Pilfer and Loot, UPL discontinued and tore the power house down (early 60's) The small reservoir behind the dam has silted in and made a nice waterfall.
